One-day trips are directed to children with their parents and adults. The price of the trip includes both transport and training. Improvement of skiing is organized depending on the level of the group. In the case of a similar level of all participants, training takes place throughout the day. When the level is varied, it is possible to divide into two smaller groups (then each group trains for half a day, i.e. 3 hours).

- training for the whole group takes place for 6 hours (as above)
- an hour break for a meal and rest during the day
- small group of up to seven people
- we go to the ski resorts in the Beskids (depending on skiing conditions, preferences, etc. - each time we agree before leaving)

- ski training 6 hours (in the variant when the level of the group is similar)
- transport by bus from Katowice and back
