Terms and conditions

I. General and the reservation process.

  1. The organizer is the company:  ENJOY SILESIA WITOLD WÓJCIK , NIP(TAX ID): 9542517715 / Regon number: 520594050, tel.: +48 690 123 336, mail: info@enjoysilesia.pl, address: 40-208 Katowice, ul. Ścigały 8a/14.
  2. The client is an adult who provides full and correct contact details, books the service via the www.enjoysilesia.pl platform and pays for the booking. Reservation is also possible after contacting the organizer and paying for it to the indicated account number.
  3. If the client is accommodated outside Katowice, he is obliged to contact the organizer before making the reservation (applies to events with transfer from/to the place of accommodation).
  4. If the event is to be attended by people with disabilities, the client is obliged to contact the organizer before making a reservation.
  5. The payment of the reservation by the client is tantamount to accepting the terms and conditions.
  6. The reservation is considered confirmed if it is paid by the client and after the organizer sends the confirmation and details of the reservation to the e-mail address provided by the client. The organizer reserves the right not to confirm the reservation, then the funds are returned to the account from which the customer made the transfer. 
  7. The organizer will make every effort by using modern booking and transfer systems to ensure that the customer's data is protected.

II. Changes and cancellations.

  1. If the customer wants to make changes to the confirmed reservation, he is obliged to immediately contact the organizer, then the possibilities of changes and their possible costs will be presented. Confirmation of changes will be sent to the email.
  2. The client has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation. If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the start of the service, the customer is entitled to a full refund less the value of previously purchased tickets. In the event of cancellation of the reservation later than 48 hours before the planned start of the service, the client is not entitled to a refund. Cancellations are accepted only by e-mail.
  3. If the client does not show up at the meeting point within the prescribed time, it is tantamount to resigning from the service. In this case, the client is not entitled to a refund.
  4. In exceptional cases and due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the confirmed service up to one hour before its start. In such a case, the client will be informed immediately and the cost will be fully refunded to the account from which the customer made the transfer.
  5. The approximate duration of the service is provided. The organizer is not responsible in case of delay in reaching the destination (airport or hotel) for reasons beyond the organizer's control (weather conditions, random events, etc.).

III. Client obligations.

  1. The clients (all participants) are obliged to have an identity document with them.
  2. It is forbidden to eat, drink any beverages other than water (including alcohol) or smoke in the transfer vehicle.
  3. The client is obliged to follow the instructions of the guide or the representative of the office and appear on time at the meeting point.
  4. The customer is obliged to cover any damage caused to the property of the organizer.

IV. Additional for the transport of people - transfers.

  1. In the case of transporting more than one piece of checked baggage or special baggage (exceeding 158 cm or weighing more than 32 kg), the client is obliged to contact the organizer before making the reservation.
  2. If it is possible, the client is obliged to inform the organizer about the delay of his flight (applies to transfer from the airport).

V. Final resolutions.

  1. The organizer will make every effort to ensure that the matters between the organizer and the client are settled amicably and with satisfaction for both parties.
